Cushendun is famous for its ‘Five Big Houses’, the unique ‘Cornish-style’ architecture of the Square and Maude Cottages, designed by Clough Williams-Ellis, and the unspoilt traditional architecture of the harbour and beachfront.

This walk will focus on the architectural heritage of the village and the stories behind its iconic buildings.
