Enjoy a gentle walk around the enchanted Cregagh Woods with Glenn White from Wild.Life, to discover ‘nature’s bounty.’

Join your ethnobotany guide Glenn White of Wild.Life in Cregagh Wood this Autumn. You will learn how to identify edible, medicinal and other useful plants. We will discuss processing, cooking, preserving and the folklore of plants. Glenn’s knowledge is vast and will leave you looking at the world around you in a different light.

Please note that Cregagh Wood is on a hillside and will require sturdy footwear and basic fitness to visit all the sites. This event is for demonstration only and we ask that Cregagh Wood not be used for any plant picking in the future.
