Kevin Sheridan of Sheridan’s Cheesemongers will come to the Old Church to do a talk through, yet another year of CBPT’s participation of NI’s Science Festival. You guessed it, it’s all about food this year and Kevin will host a special Raw Cheese and Natural Wine evening on Saturday evening from 7pm to 8.30pm.

You will be treated to a selection of Irish raw milk cheeses matched with natural wines.

He will chat through the wines and cheeses as you taste them and explore the role of micro flora in the development of flavour & aroma in these fermented foods. The atmosphere will be fun and educational.

Following on, straight after Kevin, we’ll put on some live music by Andy & Jan Oliver. Andy & Jan have worked with some of the biggest names in the music world. You can kick back and enjoy yourself and even BYO if you wish. The evening will come to a close at 10.30pm.
