DESCRIPTION:‘UNDER THE RADAR’  \n2pm: Sunday 12 June: Antrim Community Choir present ‘Under the Radar’ project in the Old Church Centre \n3pm: Exhibition of project \nAntrim Community Choir operate ‘under the radar’!   They are ordinary people who will be doing extraordinary things within this Project through poetry\, prose\, storytelling and song.  The choir are visiting the Glens of Antrim and engaging with other ‘ordinary’ people who touch the heart or who have touched the heart of their community. They will share their stories of growing up in the Glens; reflect on how different it is today and the type of challenges they have to face. The Project concludes on 12th June in The Old Church Centre\, Cushendun.  The Finale celebration will include a display of photographs\, stories and poems written by members of the Choir that reflect their personal experience of the Glens project. \nOpen to all to attend. Free entry

DESCRIPTION:Big Arts Family Fun Day\n  \nThere are lots of fun and free to attend activities throughout Sunday\, just come along and take part! \n11am: Join the Glens Red Squirrel Group for lots of fun wildlife activities for the family to take part in and discover what local wildlife we have in Cushendun. \n1pm: Doggie’s Got Talent – a dog show with a difference! Crazy Obstacle Course\, Fancy Dress Competition\, Find-the-Treat Race. Just come along and join in the fun! \n2pm: Circusful’s Mermaid Belleweather is washed ashore to delight and entertain all the family. \n3 – 4.30pm Makendoo Workshop. Kids’ drop-in painting workshop making Pirate Hats\, Masks\, Mermaids and Sea Creatures. Suitable for children 4+ Children must be accompanied. \n4-5 pm: Sandcastle Competition\, Cushendun Beach
