We Live Here’ is a photography project recording the people who live and work in the Glens of Antrim    Visitors from all over the world fall in love with the spectacular landscape and rural traditions of the Glens, meanwhile, the people who actually live here are getting on with modern working life in all its variety. From hairdressers to farmers, from bakers to mechanics, these are the everyday heroes who keep the Glens of Antrim a living, thriving community.

Cushendun Building Preservation Trust has commissioned photographer James Hughes to produce a series of portrait photographs for exhibition at the Old Church Centre this summer. The exhibition will run from 8 July – 28 August at the Old Church Centre. Accompanying the exhibition, CBPT will be running three workshops led by James Hughes. This first workshop will be held in the Londonderry Arms. The workshops will give an overview of portrait photography and will include demonstrations of techniques and skills for all levels of experience whether using a phone or an SLR.
