Who wants to take some well needed self care time and connect with like minded people?

If this sounds good to you then you are so welcome to join us on the North Coast for this morning of wellbeing, fitness, fun, self care and socialising.



9 am – 10.30am: Yoga & Meditation (all levels welcome) led by Joanne Ashley Gray from Yoga Social Belfast in the stunning Old Church building in Cushendun. It has such a special location and energy and has lovely heated floors for added luxury. Joanne will lead you in a gentle Yoga flow which is suitable for all ages and abilities. This will be followed by a body scan meditation to promote a deeper relaxation .

10.30am – 11am: A fresh, fun Sea Dip at Cushendun Beach (this is optional and weather dependant, feel free to walk to the beach with us or relax in the hotel during this time if swimming isn’t your thing. It’s your day.)

11am – 12noon: we will walk along the beach up to McBride’s Bar/Restaurant where we will be served with a delicious brunch along with Tea/Coffee and some social time with the group.

Menu options – (Amanda will take your order a few days before the event).

Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Beans and Toast & Tea or Coffee


Yoghurt/Granola Bowl plus a home made Scone with Jam & Tea or Coffee



A Yoga Mat (or large towel)

A blanket

Swimwear/towel etc

Some warm layers (the more the merrier, especially for warming up after your swim)




Joanne is a fully qualified Yoga teacher that has undertaken over 600hr of teacher training. She loves nothing more than to share the Practice of yoga with her classes see people enjoying themselves on the mat. Her classes are suitable for all levels and abilities and can be modified for different bodies.

Amanda is a Singer-Songwriter, Teacher & Life Coach with over 15 years experience leading workshops and 1 to 1 coaching on all areas of music, mindset and personal development as well as over 20 years as a professional singer. She is passionate about promoting positive mental health and wellbeing thus she came up with the idea of running these events to build a community of like minded people and offer this type of wellbeing day in The Glen’s of Antrim.If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Amanda – amandastjohnmusic@gmail.com

Terms & Conditions

Due to Covid 19 restrictions our numbers are limited so only those with proof of ticket purchase will be admitted. Contact details will be used for Track & Tracing.

Tickets once purchased are non refundable though we appreciate that life happens so if you can’t make it for whatever reason please be in touch (min 48 hours notice) in case we can resell the ticket. If this is possible we will refund your money.

Yoga Social is not responsible for the safety and wellbeing of attendees, you are advised to take responsibility for your own actions and show respect for others at all times.

We will be taking photos on the day to help market and grow this community across social media and press. If for whatever reason you are not comfortable to be photographed please let us know in advance. If we don’t hear from you we will take that as consent.
